Frequently Asked Questions
When are you available for house calls?
Often we will have availability to come out for a house call within about 2-5 days. During our peak season (when it snows, early spring) we will often be booking 1-2 weeks out. We start our house calls at 9am in the morning, and typically book until 3pm in the afternoon Monday – Thursday.
What if my machine needs more than a tune-up?
Our Tune-Up price includes an initial diagnosis visit – and if the machine only needs a tune-up, it is fully completed during that first visit! If it turns out you need a replacement part we don’t have on hand, we’ll get the part ordered and return for a second visit once the part has arrived. There isn’t a second house call fee for the second visit – the only additional cost is the labor to install the part.

Do you service riding lawnmowers?
Yes we do! Due to the more intensive nature of the work, we do charge our regular tune-up fee, $70 house call and an extra $80 for tractors or an extra $100 for zero-turn mowers.
How long will the tune-up take?
Depending on the machine and if any replacement parts are being installed, tune-ups typically take around 30 – 45 minutes for basic machines, and around 1.25 – 1.75 hours for riding mowers.
